3. Feasibility Study:

             The feasibility study must be done before actually going on to the preparation of the system. Feasibility of the system concerns with the constraints of the systems which are as follows:

3.1). Economic Feasibility:

The above feasibility study deals with the actual cost to be incurred on the project. The concern for which the project is to be made is able to bear the charges and is financial sound enough to make the system viable. The financial resources are checked and they are kept as a base to the making of the system. Thus this feasibility is reduced and is under control and we can go in for the project.

    3.2). Technical Feasibility:

This feasibility deals with the technical knowhow of the people who are going to work on the system. Normally there are always chances of the strong opposition for the computerization, because people are not interested in accepting the changes in their work culture so easily and moreover they resist also. But in the concern, the people are having very proper technical know and how and they are ready to accept the future changes of their working. So if a person making manual transactions is ready to accept the changes within the proposed system, then this feasibility is also covered.

6. Project Description:

                              

                           I am working on project named ONLINE BANKING SYSTEM; this project provides the facility for Bank customers to get information about various Schemes like Home Loans, Balance, and other types of Loans etc. as per customers’ requirement. Today internet is most common media for sharing information and getting information about various products of companies through their websites. We will inform our customers about various new interest rates and rebates provided by our Bank on different types of accounts. The Bank will maintain the detail of the various details and transactions (any type) whatever be done through ATM or specified branch in a particular city. After that all the information and transaction that are done by any customer are stored in his account on the server.

               In this project first of all we need to describe the types of various forms which are necessary. After that we have to give description of various activities so by analyzing we (team) reached at a decision that there are two types of users these are:

1       Administrator ( who manage the various customer records and database)

2        Customer ( who will able to access his account online easily)

 Operations Performed by different users:

                                    Form analysis we found different user may perform following operations, discussed according to users and their role:

Administrator Module: Administrator will manage the various records of various customers and rights to access any customer’s records and able to apply various activities like interest and deduction etc.

Customer Module: The customers will be able to access his/her account and perform several transactions like cash withdrawal, deposit, mini-statement and any updating in his account.

7. Scope of Project:

 This project is useful for Bank customers to get information regarding their account. As well as administrator too, can make the records of various transactions and total amount what they have at the end of a day or week or a year. In future we may add some additional features such as payments of post-paid phones bills, recharge coupons, income tax payment, online shopping and many more. This will helpful in calculating the progress of bank from a particular circle, region-zone, district, city etc.
