1. Creating HTML file on Mac with TextEdit app
While creating HTML file mac you have to take care of few things...
a. Change the text preferences to PLAIN TEXT under format menu.
b. Save your file with "html" extension.
c. And while saving uncheck the check box saying "if no extension is provided , use .txt".
